WOODCOTE FOOD FAIR
Back by popular demand the Woodcote Food Fair is making a welcome return this October!
The 4th edition of Woodcote Food Fair takes place at Woodcote Village Hall, making use of the whole building and the adjoining village car park on Sunday 25th October, 10.30am – 2.30pm. The Food Fair Brings together a top-quality selection of approximately 40 authentic, artisan producers to showcase the very best of our local and regional food-scene.
From award-winning cheeses, locally grown vegetables and freshly baked breads to handcrafted truffles, small-batch preserves, locally produced honey and premium spirits. Expect to see many of our favourite regular traders including the Fungi Farmer, Henley Distillery, the Artisan Loaf Maker, Cherry Me, Ethel’s Pies and Johnny Hot Stuff to name a few, as well as plenty of new ones.
One of the real highlights of the Food Fair is the opportunity to discover new products, to meet the producers and find out more about their products and how they are made. Whether you’re searching for ingredients for your next dinner party, an indulgent treat for yourself, or an early Christmas gift, you’ll find plenty to inspire you. So, if you’re a passionate foodie or simply enjoy a relaxed trip out with friends and family, Woodcote Food Fair promises to be one of the tastiest events in the local calendar. So, wrap up, come hungry and bring your shopping bags!
Alongside the artisan traders there will be a tea-room serving delicious cakes and treats, artisan coffee, hot food and lively local music. Entry is FREE.
And, if you’re a local producer, it’s not too late to get involved (but don’t leave it too long)! Please just drop an email to woodctoevillagehall@outlook.com

What do Traders Think?
Well thought through communications prior to the event, clear set-up information, good organisation on the day. We had a very good experience of this event which was well attended and importantly, there was intent to buy. Thank you’
Barbury Hill
As usual a very well run and advertised event. Brilliant support from the local community and a great selection of local food and drink artisans. Thanks for having me yet again.
Johnny Hot Stuff
Really enjoyed this event. Some of the bigger event organisers could learn a lesson or two. Thank you so much for a lovely day. The only reason I didn’t sell out is that I always take a lot of stock. I only had one bottle of one flavour so it was nearly a sell out!
Wiltshire Liqueur Company
Absolutely lovely Food Fair, really appreciate that you don’t double up on traders to give everyone a fair chance. We will 100% be back!
