Meditation Workshop

Transformative Meditation Sessions — Mid‑Month
A calm, practical space in the heart of the village, these monthly sessions introduce meditation through a clear, science‑based lens. Drawing on Dr Joe Dispenza’s work and backed by the world’s largest meditation‑research database, each workshop explores how focused attention can shift brain states, support emotional balance, strengthen everyday wellbeing, and draw abundance. The setting is friendly and familiar, welcoming everyone from complete beginners to those already practising.
