SPACES FOR HIRE
Main Hall
The largest space available, the Main Hall is ideal for parties, large functions, public meetings and events, workshops, sports, exercise classes, performances, live music and film. The hall has a serving hatch from the main kitchen and direct access to the Pavilion.

Capacity: Maximum 125 people (seated theatre style)
Function Room
A self-contained space with its own entrance and a carpeted floor, well suited to meetings and smaller functions. A useful space with its own accessible facilities and a bar/kitchenette which is ideal for serving snacks and hot/cold drinks. Works well as a separate bar/serving area when hired alongside the main hall for larger functions, or as a breakout area for meetings.

Capacity: Maximum of 40 people
Pavilion
The Pavilion is to the rear of the Main hall and overlooks the village green. It is a light, airy space with double doors opening on to the green. The Pavilion lends itself to a wide range of uses. It works well an an area for serving food and hot drinks when hired alongside the main hall.

Kitchen
The Kitchen is a well-equipped commercial grade food preparation facility. There is a serving hatch from the Kitchen into the Pavilion and another into the Main Hall which means it can be hired alongside either of these spaces. The kitchen is also available to be hired on its own. The kitchen is generally unavailable during term time between the hours of 8am and 3.45pm.
Committee Room
This room is directly accessible from the village car park and is adjacent to the sports changing rooms meaning it is a perfect location to use as drop-in/check point for local outdoor activities or events. The room provides access to toilet and shower facilities, drinking water and also provides a useful space for smaller meetings.

Sports Changing Rooms
Changing room suitable for sports events with access to showers and toilet facilities. Home to Woodcote Football and Cricket clubs and also regularly used for cycle race competitors, Duke of Edinburgh adventurers and charity hike participants.
